PAPER ROSES

Here's and step by a step on how to make "Paper Roses" like the ones on my previous layout. You need stripes of paper any width - it also depends on how big or small you want your rose.
You can use quilling papers to make them too - I usually cut my own strips of paper from A4 size (usually 0.4cm or 0.3 mm wide and 20 cm long).

cuan grande o pequeña quieras hacer tu rosa).

Once you got the paper stripe start by making a little stick that will be the center of the flower as you can see in picture 1.

Then fold the paper as you can see in picture 2 and keep on folding and the paper around the stick trying to make a triangle as you can see on pictures 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Once you've finished use some tacky glue to stick the end.

Picture 9

Picture 9 is the finish rose and the other picture is a side view of the rose. To get a different look on the rose do all the same process but at the end let it unravel a little and then stick the end.
