Green's the new black

One of my favorites is this green choker which features a mix of a little bit of beading and wire work. I used a glass stone/pebble; size 10 seed beads in assorted colors; glass beads, drops, pearls and silver plated wire.

Uno de mis favoritos es esta gargantilla verde que se caracteriza por tener un poquito de trabajo con moztacillas y alambre. Usé una piedrita de vidrio; moztacillas número 10 en colores variados; cuentas de vidrio; gotas; perlas y alambre plateado.

A new addition in a monochromatic palette. I beaded the glass pendant using different sizes of seed beads and chips (recycled from a necklace I bought in Peru) to get an asymetric look. For the necklace I used pieces of chain and big black beads which I caged using 0.8mm silver plated wire and finished it with a toggle.

Otro nuevo collar que esta trabajado en una paleta de colores monocromaticos. Cosi las mostacillas y chaquiras (que fueron recicladas de un collar que compré en Perú)alrededores del pendiente de vidrio para crear un look asimetrico. Para el collar use secciones de cadena y piedras de vidrio grandes negras a la cuales le hice una "caja" de alambre plateado de 0.8mm y lo termine con un broche en forma de T.

Just having another go at making cabochons and transforming acrylic stones into one- of kind pieces. In the next pictures you'll see the possible ideas for these stones thought I think I'll bead all of them.

My beaded wooden bead - La bolita que cubrí con moztacillas

Here's my first cabochon. I beaded around a blue glass stone using peyote stitch and a mixture of blue seed beads. For the rest of the necklace I used the tripple spiral stich and added a beaded wooden bead as a clasp. I think it finishes off the necklace nicely.

Aqui podran apreciar mi primer "cabochon". Para hacer este collar use una piedra de vidrio a la cual le cosí las moztacillas usando la puntada Peyote y una mezcla de moztacillas azules. Para el resto del collar use la puntada espiral triple y le agregé una bolita de madera a la cual le cosí las moztacillas y la usé como cierre. Creo que este es el detalle que finaliza al collar muy bien.
