MEET THE BAIRDS - PART II

Here's another layout featuring a differente picture from our family reunion last year. This page is actually the other side of the layout called "Meet the Bairds I" since it's a double-sided page from AMM.
I used different letter stickers,stickles,buttons, ribbon, flowers that I cut with the Cricut, dome stickers from Papermania and scallop daisy punch from Fiskars. I also made a little bird from orange Sculpey and put it on one corner of the picture. Hope you have a great weekend and thank you for looking.

Aqui podran apreciar otro layout caracterizado por el uso de otra foto de nuestra reunión familiar del año pasado. Esta página es realmente el otro lado del layout llamado "Meet the Bairds I" ya que es una pagina que viene por los 2 lados impresa de la compañia All My Memories.
Use stickers de letras variados, purpurina engomada, botones, cinta, flores que corte con Cricut, dome stickers de Papermania y el punch de scallop daisy de Fiskars. Tambien hice un pajarito de Sculpey(arcilla moldeable) y lo puse en una esquina de la foto. Espero que tengo un bonito fin de semana y miles de gracias por pasar por aqui.

MEET THE BAIRDS - PART I

Here's a layout of my first family reunion with all my husbands' relatives. What a memorable day!
I used AMM papers and stickers. I stamped the letters using PM foam stamps and Versamark color in olive green. I also punched some of the stamped letters using a circle punch and added some faux stiching. Thank you for your comments!

Aqui les presento un layout de mi primer encuentro familiar con los familiares de mi esposo.
Use papeles y stickers de AMM. Estampe las letras usando de sellos de PM y tampones de Versamark en color verde olivo. Tambien use mi punch de circulo en algunas de mis letras estampadas y costuras falsas. Gracias por sus comentarios.

SCULPEY WONDERS

I thought using polymer clay or Sculpey were materials that only people with good hand skills were able to work with. After having a go at it and using the right tools I can say that they're not as dificcult to shape and I'm pleased with the results. I used a bead roller to have beads of the same size. Once I finished all my beads I baked them for around 25 minutes and them usising head pins I connected then to the thong. I also used plastic leaves and wire to wrap the heart as it didn't have any holes on it. Thank you for your comments and have a nice weekend!

Pensé que el usar la arcilla moldeable o Sculpey eran materiales que solo personas con bastante habilidad en las manos podian usar. Despues de haberlos probado y utilizado las herramientas apropiadas puede decir que np es tan dificil moldearlos y estoy complacida con los resultados. Usé un molde para perlas para que todas sean del mismo tamaño. Una vez que terminé de hacer todas; las horneé por aproximadamente 25 minutos y luego las conecte a la tira de cuero usando alfileres. Tambien use hojas de plastico y alambre para envolver al corazón ya que no tenia agujero. Gracias por sus comentarios y que pasen un lindo fin de semana.

MIS ANIMALITOS & BEADS

I had a go at using Sculpey which is very similar to polymer clay/Fimo and made this cats, bears and beads using cutters. I used beads for eyes and add more detail to the faces by using a pin. Finally baked them for 20 minutes. Thank you for your comments.

Probé el material que le llaman Sculpey que es bastante parecido a la arcilla moldeable/Fimo e hice estos gatitos, oso y piedritas usando cortadores. Use moztacillas para los ojos y les puse mas detalles en la cara usando un alfiler. Finalmente los horneé por 20 minutos. Gracias por sus comentarios.
