Petite Album

I made this special album for my Dad's birthday. I wanted it to make it small so it could be post easily so I used and ordinary 4x6 photo album and made the pages to look like a little scrapbook layouts using smaller picture, journalling and embellishments. It was far less time consuming than making a whole 12x12 album too. My Dad loved it.

My latest layout and the start of my 4th album... I've got feeling it'll take another long while to finish. Been very busy creating my new website and new jewellery pieces for my upcoming display in a local library.

For this layout I used red,blue and purple textured cardstock and a circle to create the background. For the title I used foam letter stickers and pieces of cardstock to create the journaling.

Aqui podran apreciar mi mas reciente layout y el comiezo de mi 4to album...tengo el presentimiento de que va a demorar un largo tiempo el terminarlo. He estado bastante ocupada creando mi nuevo website y haciendo nuevas piezas de bisutería para la próxima exhibición en una biblioteca local.

Para este layout use cartulina texturizada roja, azul y morada y un círculo para crear el fondo. En el titulo use letras pegatinas de foamis y pedazos de cartulina para crear el journaling.

Hurray! it's finished! This is the last layout of my 3rd album; but loads more layouts to be made and pictures waiting to be scrapped.
I used K&Co Papers, die-cut letters, flowers, buttons and green paper.

Para este layout usé papelede de K&Co, letras y flores pre-cortadas, botones y papel verde.

Inspired on the pictures I made some fish embellishments using the See D's stamps; white ink; textured card and vellum. I also made the scallop brown circle using a 1 pence coin and attached it to my layout using fish eyelets. I cropped the 2nd picture and use the leftovers to die-cut the first letter of my title.

Inspirada en las fotos hice unos adornitos de peces usando un sello de See D's; tinta blanca; cartulina texturizada y vellum. Tambien hice el circulo ondeado usando la moneda de 1 penique y lo fije a mi layout usando ojetes de peces. A la 2da foto la corté y utilize esos pedazos para cortar las primeras letras de mi titulo.

Here's a simple layout I made using Basic Grey papers, a tag, die-cut letters, embossed words with a Cuttlebug folder, stickles, Sakura white pen,ribbon, buttons and die-cut flowers. This is one of the very few pictures I was taken with my older sister and brother when we were kids and as I can't remember many details of that day as I was only 3 years old I thought the embossing folders from Cuttlebug will go well in this layout instead of journaling. Aqui podran apreciar un layout simple que hice usando papeles de Basic Grey, una etiqueta, letras cortadas con dies, palabras en alto relieve hechas con un folder de embossing dde Cuttlebug, purpurina engomada, lapicero de gel blanco de Sakura, cinta, botones, y flore cortadas con dies. Esta foto es una de las pocas que me tomaron con mis hermanos cuando eramo niños y ya que no recuerdo muchos detalles de la ocasion puesto que solo tenia 3 años pense que las palabras de los folders de embossing de Cuttlebug irian muy bien en este layout en vez de poner journaling.
